Ron grew up in Mobile, Alabama but has called the Eastern Shore home since 1991. He has an AS in Computer Science. His passion for building began in 1991 when he was exposed to the home building field through his position as Vice President of Sales at Quality Alarm Systems in Pensacola, Florida. Ron’s passion and energy to design and build homes is what sets him apart from the rest. He prides himself on building relationships with his customers that will last far beyond the completion of their new home.

Since 1998, Ron has guided ARK Builders as its president. He has led ARK Builders and its talented draftsman and construction team in the creation of countless fine homes on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay in Alabama. What makes Ron different than others is his laid back ease in which he guides you through the home-building process. Knowledgeable about the market, he is educated about what he does and is willing to answer questions in a way that you can understand.

Some personal things about Ron are that he and his wife, Amy, have been married since 1991 and have 3 children, R. Blake, Andrew & Kelsey, for whom the company was named.
He enjoys spending time with friends & family as well as dirt biking (which Amy is not so fond of). Traveling, boating, hanging out at our beaches and snow skiing are among his hobbies.​​
